Day 3

Friday 7/29/2011

I got up again at 5:30 and went running for my third workout for the week.  I made the best time and distance so far, and I was not as sore after running! I listened to The Fray as I ran.

Work out
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
